An app that I added to my phone recently to help me pray more regularly, especially when I am struggling is DAILY VERSE free in the google playstore. You get a new verse daily and it also offers prayer and reflection notes and questions. I have suggested this to some of my youth to help give them direction for their prayer as a way to get started if they struggle to find the words.
