I've been working with children and youth for the past 20 years and have found this site extremely useful when looking for games/activities to run with young people.
This website I also use for my staff at work whenever I'm teaching/sharing camp games to the camp counsellors. Has videos, photos and instructions. What I love about this is that it's organized by the type of games (large group games, circle games, icebreakers and etc.)
